What We Do

Stride Coach generates personalized running training plans using seven specialized engines that work together. Whether you're training for your first 5K or chasing a marathon PR, your plan is built around your experience, schedule, and goals.

Our Mission

We believe every runner deserves a plan that respects their body and adapts to their life. Our goal is to make evidence-based training accessible to runners of all levels - without the cost of a personal coach.

Safety-First Approach

Every plan is validated by our Safety Framework, which enforces non-negotiable constraints:

  • Weekly mileage increases never exceed 10%
  • No back-to-back hard days
  • Mandatory step-back weeks for recovery
  • Progressive long run limits based on experience

These rules cannot be overridden. They run as the final check before any plan reaches you.
